Kiheung type milling machines, conventional and CNC, are constructed to the highest standards. Contruction comprises of rigid and rugged box-type components. The column and bed, with there hardened ground slideways are constructed with widened slides to enhance stability and support to the universal Bi-rotary milling head, along with the rigid box-type saddle. The bed is composed of one piece construction with double box for lubrication oil and coolant. High precision ball screws having double pre-loaded nuts on each axis ensures smooth movement, accuracy and rigidity. A universal bi-rotary head fitted with hydraulic tool clamping, electromagnetic brake to the spindle and a 12-18 speed variation giving these machines a heavy duty capability.
