The machine has a swing of 700mm over the bed and 470mm over the saddle and is produced in sizes of 1100mm, 1600mm , 2100 and 3100 mm between centres. The machine is equipped with a heavy-duty spindle of 105mm bore that can be directly driven or equipped with a 2-speed gearbox. The standard turret is a 12-position bi-directional Sauter turret with static VDI 50 tooling. The bed is placed at a 70 degree inclination to provide optimal access to the workpiece and easy swarf removal. The machine is fitted with a Siemens 810D POWER LINE Shopturn CNC system (optionally with a Fanuc CNC system).
The machine can be equipped with a range of accessories and features, including:
Hydraulic power chucks upto 450mm diameter
Manual or hydraulic self-centering steadies
Sauter turrets with live tooling and Y-axis capability
Spindle bore increased to 220 mm
