We retrofit machines with the latest Siemens, Fanuc, NUM and Heidenhain CNC systems. The first step entails the in-house design of the new electrical system for the machine in close collaboration with the mechanical design team. Whilst the CNC equipment is being imported, we prepare the electrical panels for the machine and rewire the machine itself.

Once the CNC equipment arrives in our works, it is integrated on the machine and the machine is pre-commissioned for testing purposes. After transport of the machine to your works, the CNC system is re-commissioned, after which your production and maintenance personnel are trained in the use and fault-finding procedures of the new CNC system. The drawing are updated with any last-minute changes and then finalized for inclusion in the machine's new maintenance manuals.
